"how does the drop off service work?"
It’s very easy, just grab your comforter or blanket and bring it to us as-is. for your household laundry, bringing it in bagged is ideal but your laundry hamper is fine too. we give you a price, send you on your way and we’ll text you when it’s done!
“Do i need to make an appointment to drop my laundry off for you to do?"
No. Laundry can be dropped off any time during business hours
“Do i need to bring my own soap?"
Bringing your own soap is optional as we have a variety of name brand options available, including allergy friendly.
“do i have to buy a card if i want do my laundry myself?
no! we give you the sleek, beautifully designed splash card free of charge and you add value to that using cash or credit at one of our two kiosks.
“Do you have days where the prices are discounted?"
splash takes a very progressive approach to saving you money. Most laundromats have a one-price system where no matter which cycle you select you pay the same. well, we feel you shouldn’t have to pay for someone else’s hot water if you aren’t using any. our multi-vend system means you only pay for hot water, extra rinses or extra washes if you need to. otherwise, you select our default wash, pay the lowest prices in the industry and enjoy an amazing wash.
In addition to our innovative pricing structure, we offer a wash to win program where every dollar you spend earns you cash! prizes are redeemed automatically onto your splash card when you reach the points threshold.
lastly, you wash for free on your birthday! we are anti-data sharing people at splash but we give you the option to do so! if you register your card and include your birthday, you wash for free on the big day!
“Where are you located?"
We are at the corner of Stewart and Monroe St, next to walgreens and across from circle k.
“Which machines are the industrial ones?"
While all of our equipment is commercially rated, we strongly recommend heavily soiled loads go into our 40lb, 60lb or 80lb machines.
“Do you have an extractor? I really like extractors"
Our washers come out of the factory labeled 'washer-extractor', meaning they spinout at over 1,500 rpm- the same range as the classic extractors from your favorite laundromats growing up. While many like this feature because it reduces dry time, the real advantage is the increased extraction of soiled water that leads to a cleaner load of laundry. The more you know.
“how much soap should i use?"
use the recommended amount on the Bottle.
“Do i have to stay with my clothes?"
Now that is the million dollar question. We would like for you to be able to leave your laundry and go run some errands but we ask that you are gone for no more than a couple of minutes after the cycle is done.
“Can I take the carts outside?"

“Do you have wifi?"
We know that this is a sensitive subject at another not to be named laundromat but the short answer is YES! The long answer is that it’s fast, it’s free and it’s secure! browse the web, watch netflix, chill (just don’t netflix and chill)
“Is there always an attendant available?"
There is always an attendant available.
“When is your last load?"
WE don’t have a last load cut off time. We close at 9pm and you are welcome to do whatever you need to do until that time.
“Can i bring food?"
Sure, we just ask that you are considerate of your surroundings.
"How long do the washers take?"
Wash times vary depending on the washing machine type and the cycle selected but our super fast 23 minute cycle will get your most heavily soiled laundry pristinely clean.
